The upcoming Nintendo Wii has sparked interest in the gaming world, and it is rumored that it may be one of the most popular gaming platforms yet. It is claimed to have both unique design and revolutionary features. There are many new games that are made exclusively for the system and distinguished internet capabilities that have yet been unmatched by other systems.

There is already expectation and speculation in reference to the new Nintendo Wii. www.wiiboards.com is growing popular for gamers who wish to express their deepest concerns and hopes for the Nintendo Wii. On more informative websites, such as Wikipedia, have detailed information on the new system from Nintendo.

One new feature for the Nintendo Wii is the Wii Remote. This device allows the user to play games in a real environment. Simple actions can be registered from the devices movement, so the user may be able to strike swords, write, or swing a tennis racket. As the Nintendo DS uses a stylus, the Nintendo Wii uses an electronic remote control. Because of this, many new interactive games may be created and gain considerable popularity.

The Nintendo Wii, like the Xbox 360, also features backwards compatibility, allowing users to play past Nintendo games. Internet compatibility is also included with parental controls, and the new WiiConnect24 allows users stay online while on standby. The Nintendo Wii also has a disc drive that can accept Gamecube discs, DVDs, and Nintendo Wii discs.

Almost every developing game is available for the new Nintendo Wii. This may be a sign that the Nintendo Wii is meant to replace all past gaming systems, and it may last as a popular platform for a long time, since its revolutionary features and new games will make a large impact on the gaming community. There isnt much to challenge this sytem; the Xbox 360 is already losing popularity as the Nintendo Wii is being released so soon afterwards, and no other gaming system can provide the same features as the Nintendo Wii. Therefore, the Nintendo Wii may be the most legendary system in the gaming world.
